Privacy Policy
Music Stack
Effective 6 October 2026
In short
We do not ask you for any personal information, and we do not run accounts, analytics or trackers of our own. Your game progress stays on your device.
The game shows ads through Google AdMob, and AdMob collects advertising identifiers and similar device data in order to serve those ads. That is the only data collection in this game.
Who we are
Music Stack (“the game”) is published by Kaira Digital Arts S.R.L. (“we”, “us”). This policy explains what happens to data when you play the game on an Android device, and it applies to the game only, not to our website or our other products.
For the purposes of the EU General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR), Kaira Digital Arts S.R.L. is the data controller for the personal data described here. Our contact details are at the end of this page.
Our website has a separate privacy policy, which covers visiting the site rather than playing this game.
Information we collect ourselves
None. The game has no sign-up, no login and no user accounts. We do not ask for your name, email address, phone number, contacts, photos, files or precise location, and we run no analytics or crash reporting service of our own.
Your progress (levels completed, settings and similar) is stored on your device. It is not sent to us, and uninstalling the game deletes it from your device.
Advertising (Google AdMob)
The game is free and is paid for by advertising. Ads are supplied by Google AdMob, a service of Google LLC. To select and measure ads, Google collects and processes data from your device, which typically includes:
- your advertising identifier (the Android Advertising ID), a resettable number Google uses to recognise the device;
- approximate location, derived from your IP address (country or city level, not your precise position);
- device and app information, such as device model, operating system version, language, screen size and the identifier of this game;
- ad interaction data, such as which ads were shown, how long they were visible, and whether they were tapped.
Google uses this data to serve ads, to measure their performance, and to detect fraud and abuse. We never receive this data in a form that identifies you; we only see aggregate reports such as how many ads were shown.
How Google handles data from apps that use its services is described in How Google uses information from sites or apps that use our services and in the Google Privacy Policy.
Ad consent, and how to change your mind
If you are in the European Economic Area, the United Kingdom or Switzerland, the game shows you a consent form the first time you play, provided by Google’s User Messaging Platform. Personalised ads are only used if you agree to them; if you decline, the game still works and you will see non-personalised ads instead.
You can review or change that choice at any time from Privacy options in the game’s settings menu. The option is shown wherever the law in your region requires it.
Who your data is shared with
We do not sell your data and we do not share it with anyone for purposes of our own. It reaches only these service providers:
- Google, as our advertising partner (see Advertising above). Google may in turn share data with the advertisers and ad networks that bid to show you an ad, under the terms linked in that section.
How long data is kept
We keep nothing, because we receive nothing. Data collected by Google for advertising is kept by Google under its own retention schedule, described in the Google Privacy Policy.
Your choices and rights
- Reset or delete your advertising ID. On Android, open the Ads settings (usually Settings › Google › Ads, or Settings › Privacy › Ads). Resetting the identifier disconnects it from past activity; deleting it stops personalised advertising across all apps on the device.
- Change your consent through Privacy options in the game, as described above.
- Delete your progress. Uninstalling the game removes all progress and settings stored on your device.
- Use your legal rights. Depending on where you live, you may have the right to access, correct or delete your personal data, to restrict its processing or to object to it. Because we hold no data about you ourselves, requests about advertising data are best sent to Google; we will help where we can if you contact us at the address below.
- Complain to a regulator. If you are in the European Economic Area or the United Kingdom, you have the right to lodge a complaint with your national data protection authority if you believe your data has been handled unlawfully.
Children
The game is not directed to children. It is intended for players aged 13 and over, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13 (or under the age of digital consent in your country). If you believe a child has provided us with personal information, please contact us and we will act on it.
Security
Data sent between the game and the services above is encrypted in transit. As we store no personal data of our own, there is no player database to be breached.
More about this game
If you are in the European Economic Area, the United Kingdom or Switzerland, the game shows a consent message from Google's User Messaging Platform the first time you open it. There you can accept or refuse the use of your data for personalised ads and related purposes. If you refuse, you may still see non-personalised ads, which are based on general context rather than your interests.
You can change your choice at any time with the Privacy button on the game's main menu. The button appears in regions where this choice is offered.
On any Android device you can also reset or delete your advertising ID, or opt out of personalised ads, in your device settings. Look for Settings > Privacy > Ads or Settings > Google > Ads; the exact path depends on your device.
- Legal bases (EEA and UK users)
Consent: personalised advertising and storing or accessing information on your device for advertising purposes.
Legitimate interests: showing non-personalised ads to keep the game free, measuring ads, and preventing fraud. This applies only where the law allows it without consent. - Sharing and sale of data
We do not sell your personal information. The only third party that receives data from the game is Google, in its role as advertising provider, as described above. - International transfers
Google may process data on servers outside your country, including in the United States. Google relies on legal safeguards for these transfers, such as the EU Standard Contractual Clauses and the EU-U.S. Data Privacy Framework. - Data retention
We do not store personal data from the game. Data on your device remains until you uninstall the game or clear its data. Google keeps advertising data according to its own retention policies; see the Google retention policy. - Children
Music Stack is not directed at children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal data from children. If you are a parent or guardian and believe your child has used the game in a way that concerns you, contact us and we will help. - Your rights
Depending on where you live, you may have the right to access, correct or delete personal data, to object to or restrict its processing, to data portability, and to withdraw consent at any time. Because we do not hold personal data from the game, most requests about advertising data are best handled through the consent settings described above or directly with Google, for example at My Ad Center. You can always contact us for help.
If you are in the EEA, you also have the right to lodge a complaint with a data protection authority. Our lead authority is the Romanian National Supervisory Authority for Personal Data Processing (ANSPDCP), www.dataprotection.ro.
- Security
The game does not send personal data to our servers. Communication between the game and Google's ad services is encrypted. - Changes to this policy
If we change how the game handles data, we will update this page and its effective date. Significant changes will also be reflected in the game's Google Play listing. - Contact
