The night sky: stars, a galaxy band and an aurora. All three are drawn by the skybox shader and faded out by daylight, so set the clock to night before judging a change.

The inspector has the sections Stars, Galaxy / Milky Way, Aurora (Northern Lights) and Material Reference. Most values can follow a 24 hour curve or gradient.

Public API

MemberDescription
void SetStarsIntensity(float intensity)Set the star brightness
void EnableGalaxy(bool enable), void EnableAurora(bool enable)Switch the galaxy and aurora
void SetAuroraColors(Color c1, Color c2, Color c3)Set the aurora colors
void UpdateShaders()Push the values to the skybox

The module only pushes values to the skybox on its own while a curve or gradient drives one of them. After writing a field such as auroraIntensity from code, call UpdateShaders(), or use the Set and Enable methods above, which do it for you.
